Intensive Outpatient Programs are offered on campus for men and women
who need a structured treatment program but may not desire or need inpatient treatment. These programs provide the therapy of acute
inpatient care without an overnight stay in the hospital. They offer a way to get immediate intervention from a psychiatrist, nurse and
licensed therapist – and can often prevent hospitalization. It can also be a step-down from inpatient care. Patients typically spend 9-15
hours per week in this program.
